Hanbell PS & PD Series

Hanbell PS/PD series Dry Screw Vacuum Pump is used on pair of mutually engaging rotors and with slight clearance between the rotors and inside the casing. It makes no lubricating oil required when it is running and no pollution from the leakage of oil and gas as well. Through patented rotor profiles with good sealing effects, the ultimate pressure can reach 7.5 x 10-3 Torr (If combined with a booster pump, it can reach 7.5 x 10-4 Torr). The dry screw vacuum pump has the advantage of a shorter gas path to reduce the contamination of process gas than other types of pumps. In addition, the rotors can be coated with suitable materials according to different applications, so they can operate in harsh processes.

MAIN FEATURES

Well, control the pump temperature - By continuing to improve the rotor design and using an indirect cooling system to minimise the casing temperature, the customer may better regulate the pump's internal temperature and limit the sediment that occurs, extending the pump's lifetime.
Water cooling canned motor provides higher safety standard - The dry screw pump has a great sealing effect thanks to the patented water-cooling canned motor. It can extend the life of the motor by lowering the operating temperature and preventing the process gas from escaping to the outside.
A microprocessor controller can protect the pump from an abnormal situation - A microprocessor-controlled dry screw vacuum pump may monitor the motor current, casing temperature, cooling water flow, N2 gas flow, and oil level in the gearbox, among other things. It ensures that the pump is completely safe.
Patented rotor profile design - It can avoid leaking back to the casing and is appropriate for hard processes thanks to the screw rotor in transmission and the innovative profile design.
